1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer Free Shipping on orders over $80. For orders under $80, Standard Shipping is available for a flat rate of $4.99.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs clearance and local postal services.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically become active within 24-48 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Mori Pets is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
