Damages, Defects & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@moripets.store with your order number and a photo of the issue. You do not need to return the item — we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products and international shipping, we do not accept physical returns. If you have an issue with your order, please reach out and we'll find the best solution for you.

Refunds

Once your case is approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

European Union Orders

If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your item for any reason. Please contact us at support@moripets.store to initiate the process.
